You'll probably find what you are looking for in "The VISES of Garage Journal" thread. You'll likley get more responses than starting a new thread as that is a pretty popular one with lots of very knowledgeable vice collectors / restorers. KMScott is a GJ member who makes replacement jaws and follows that thread.
