Chase Parker 436a vice

Bought this beast from an auction. Doesn’t appear to have any damage. Some what I assume original paint. There is a modification to the jaws where smooth plates were welded to the original jaws. Don’t know the condition of the original jaws. Thought about cutting them off but wanted to get opinion of others first. If somebody could give me an idea of what it would sell for that would be great. This would be sold in the Midwest area. Thanks

Yes, I can see the knurling on the jaw faces when I look underneath the welded on jaw. I think I will cut the welds and remove the extensions.

Your right there is “damage” from what looks to be grinder use. What I meant was where there has NOT been a welded repair.
