"Chaser" Christmas Lights

Does anyone know where I can get chaser Christmas lights. Not sure that's what they are called, but they have a knob that allows you to control how fast the lights blink which makes them look like the colors are chasing each other. All I've found is static lights or those that twinkle with no control.
