chasing a crack question

ok I gotta get a angle grinder to chase a crack,
now the crack goes (width wise) wall to wall,

so the problem is,

I will get to a stage where the angle grinder won't go rght up to the wall, becuase otherwise, it will cut the wall as well as the floor, (big round circular cutter right)

So how do I get the bit cloest to the wall ?

I have a bolster, I suppose I could just cold chisel the last 3-4 inches

any ideas?

hmm; I dont have one; so would have to buy or rent,

maybe will try with a cold chisel

Your slab probably isnt going to crack more. At this point, you just want to avoid it transferring through the epoxy. Chase the crack as far as you can get it. Dont be afraid to go a little deeper to get closer to the wall. 1/4", or 1/2" wont matter. You can patch it up smooth, and be golden.

I thought I needed to go right to the edge, ok that sounds good,

looking to doing this on Thursday, etching went great, except for the ****** up drive nextdoor that got stained from my blacktop from the spill over...
(thats another story though)

I wont say no! You've come this far though. I'd love to see you finish it all on your own, for the pride you'll get out of it.

I have no problem supplying quality cabinets if you want. IF you need a hand too installing...

However, I'm not going to turn down money, so if you you want me to do eveything I will. Poeple pay me for the convenience of getting a total garage makeover in short a short time frame.

haha; no what I meant was, I'd like a quote for the cabinet side of things.
I liked the pics and wanted you to do something nice looking for me.

I also can have problems with my back so fitting things to walls, could be a bit much, (plus you need the right tools)

I re-read your previous post, I understand now, you say I should go right up to the wall, even if it means cutting into it by 1/4 inch or so, because I can still patch that up !
