This thread inspired me to get an ultrasonic cleaner. Top 5 tool purchases ever. Thank you all. My garage is steadily being depleted of rusty ****.

Be sure to post some before and after pics.

Not as cheap as it was when the OP posted this.

Evapo-Rust The Original Super Safe Rust Remove

While $13.36 is super cheap, the current price is also low, it's still a good price, it was hard to find a couple of years ago at that price except on deep sales. Now it seems to be sticking at $15. If I see for $13, I'm on it and I never see it at that.

Four gallons at a time is a lot of evoparost but at the same I wished many times I have done that so I was able to de-rust much bigger pieces, it would have saved me lots of time and effort.

I figured better to have it and not need it than vice versa. At this price I don't feel bad buying 4 gallons. If it were $50/gallon it would be a different story. My plan is to put a strainer on a string at the bottom of a home depot 5 gallon pail, fill it with ER, and then put in whatever I need cleaned and pull out with the strainer when ready. I don't expect it'll be too often I'll find something that won't fit into a HD pail that isn't so big it's not realistic to dunk in ER altogether. Would love a 55 gallon drum to drop stuff in or more but that's not realistic :(

The bulk price for a 55 gallon drum is barely cheaper per gallon ($14.55) than the price on Amazon for individual gallons.
