Cheap flooring for 12x24 shed?

I have a shed on skids that si 12x24. I am insulating it and turning it into a small workshop. The treated plywood flooring has a few gaps where a few of the pieces come together -- the gaps are about 1/4" or less. I am in Michigan and want to cover the gaps so that a) it stays warmer in the winter (it will be heated as needed) and b) mice and other critters don't try to get in.

I am on a tight budget as I am insulating and finishing out the inside now -- any tips on something that is durable and cheap? The shed won't get enough use or be finished on the inside well enough to take advantage of some of the higherend flooring systems out there. Linoleum? Thanks!

Didn't think about just caulking them -- since there is nothing under the plywood along some of the edges I thought the caulk might fall throw. It is the cheapest and simplest way -- I agree.

Quikcrete makes patch in a quart and gallon bucket. It's ideal for wide cracks, up to an inch or so. This also comes in a caulking tube. The bucket and a 2 inch scraper to apply may be the cheapest. A bucket of patch is about the same as a couple of tubes of caulk.
