Cheap heated pneumatic parts washer

Has anyone used this parts washer? It's heated and has a compressed air inlet to pressure-wash parts. It seems to tick all the boxes for a parts washer but I don't have any experience with it.

My alternative is the old Harbor Freight model (no heating, mods required etc).

Heated, pressure wash water based vs cold solvent based.

It is for general hobby use on auto parts. Thoughts?

I built a small clone of a clean products unit a while back. There is not much to them, especially when you compare new cost.

Basically it us just a sump at the bottom of the unit with a heater for volume, filter socked pickup that feeds a pressure washer pump that goes to the wash nozzle. The air blast was nothing more than for a quick dry.

Different supplier, but yes. It's AUD$450 which is just over USD$300.

Wanted some practical experience. Ie does it take hours to warm up etc.

Just a point of reference, I have (still) a Graymills aqueous (heated) parts washer. It was great for 2 projects which were both related to engine and engine-covers work. I didn't like that it took a couple of hours (on 120vac) to get the solution hot enough to work well. I switched to a solvent model which is much better at being able to work "right now".

The other downside of air operated pumps is that they use a lot of electricity to compress the air....its not an efficient process by any means.

How do you compair that to the HF unit?
