The ONLY difference between the two is the number of drawers you want... Theyre both flimsy sheet metal. Even have the same price.

I thought about getting a mid box for a while. The used ones seem to be really expensive and one can just about buy a used top box for the same price, but with much more storage. Some of the snap on mid boxes seem to be collectable, or at least some people think so, (KRA429 and the like). Just look at ebay.

If I was going to purchase one now it would be this one.

That is after looking at them in stores. The task force one is junk. I wouldn't trust it to hold a heavy top box.
