cheap mac tool set

so my buddy was at the flea market a few weeks ago, and bought a mac tool set for $5!! so what happend was, he saw this on a table with lots of other tools spread out around it. he saw the words "mac tools" and thought he could get whatever was in th box for a good deal. so he asked the man "so what's in the box?" the man replied.. "oh just a few mac tools, nothing special.. you can have it for $5" so he bought it.. on the ride home, he looked it over and saw that it said "JR. MAC TOOLS" and inside the box were some cheaply made china tools with "JR. MAC Tools stamped in all of them.. can't find anything on them?? mabe a promo item? would like some info if anybody knows anything.. i think it's kinda funny myself..

i also thought of that but i still can't find anything on them. haha i might take them into the mac guy at work and see what he says.

just a cheap standard set with "mac tools JR." stamped on them..

i don't think this whole set is here..the bottom side of the case is empty but there are no spots for tools? like i think it might have had a tray that set into it.. or mabe it's just a spot to keep extra pieces and stuff. idk

I don't know - just guessing here - but it looks like a promotional set that was offered around the holidays. You know, another way to get some money from a customer. It's a shame though, that they would put the MAC name on cheap tools. Oh well, anything for a buck I suppose.

sounds about right.. just never seen one before. does anyone have one of these? mabe a mac collector?
