Cheap metric 1/4" shallow socket set

I'm looking for a cheap, but preferably North American-made 1/4" metric socket set. Old and/or abused is fine - the more character the better! Six or twelve point. Would REALLY like a 3mm and a 15mm, but otherwise am only concerned with getting 4-10 mm, 5.5mm not needed.

Need to ship to Canada, thinking less than $20 shipped... But let me know what you have and want to get rid of!
