cheap online printing/binding for enormous service manuals

I usually go to a local (fedex, staples etc) for printing/binding but I'd like to print a BIG factory service manual (over 1000 pgs) and need the best deal out there. Anyone have a company they're happy with to print double sided 8.5x11 black and white / ring or other binding?

I can’t suggest a source but does the manual have to be one unit?

What I mean is could it not be 2 or 3 “volumes”? I would think it would be more user friendly that way.

Try a local, independent, print shop
