By the looks that is just one of those mini boxes, notice what appears to be cup to the left and the red tool box also the left and the size difference??? I may be wrong but it just looks like a mini.
From what I can find a KRA4008 I "believe" is 26". It's about a 4 hour drive for me to the box. It's tempting, but I really don't NEED it.

I think thats a water jug on the left and he said it needs new wheels so it is sitting on the ground rather than rolling around.

Definitely a full size box.
I guess I was wrong on that one. I didn't know Snap-On made boxes that are only about 26" do they make them in red?, I hate that color and I've got a 24" Snap-On top box that's just sitting on a home-made cart it would fit nice on that kind of box. Wish I could find a red one local.

They do have red, but of course being snap on it's very pricey up front. See attached;

Also noticed it has some dents in the corners. Those would be a little tough to dolly out. That's the biggest reason why I passed. Who knows how much it was neglected, missing castors and all.

Back when your box was made, most of Snap on's boxes were 26".
If I was local and needed a box I'd seriously check that one out. It would make a good cart or bottom box.
I think snap on actually set the "standard" dimensions of 26" and then 31/33" class boxes back in the day.
