Not sure if anybody has done this. But I bought drawer liners from walmart, and saved a ton of money.

Just wanted to pass that on.

Did you check the dollar store? Usually the same stuff as walmart but even cheaper.

I grabbed some of the big shelf liner roll from Costco, it was like $8 and pretty nice. Not as thick as the foam style drawer liners, but works well. Did the whole top & bottom for that price, just had to trim to fit.

I've thought about getting the foam stuff that HomeDepot and Lowes sells that you put under the engineered hardwood floors...seems like it would work alright too....they make different grades of it...
