Cheaper battery option

I purchased the Ridgid 18-Volt Cordless Brushless 1/4 in. Compact Router with Fixed Base and Tool-Free Depth Adjustment--I did not realize the battery was not included! Is there a compatible battery that cost less out there?

That’s usually the case. If not, there is a special on a 2 pack of 4.0 batteries at HD now. Two for $99

But you’ll need a charger of course. Is there a kit with the router? If not, Maybe you want a drill/driver Kit to get batteries and a charger. Good excuse to buy more tools, right?

I always get my batteries with tools when the kits are on sale. best price that way.

Sometimes Amazon has renewed batteries for sale. I just bought a Makita 5 AH battery for $63 bucks. Works great.
