cheapest, stronges, easy to build question

stkck build, metal or cement block....which would be the strongest, easy to put up and least costly, if not a do-it-yourself which is best in terms of easy, strong and cost of stick, metal or block......thanks.

oh,this is for a 15x24 on a 5" thick pad garage with either metal roof or wood and can be no more than 12' tall (city code)...most likely 10-11' walls with peak of 12' for roof. thanks again.

I think I answered some of this in another post but now I have some more info. Is this an existing slab? Most jurisdictions will not accept an existing foundation unless you can provide proof of design and construction. That does not mean it is wasted. Sometimes you can use the existing slab as a floor and pour a new stemwall around the outside or cut out sections and pour piers depending on the building design.
For the size you are describing I would lean toward stick built. Three guys that know what they are doing would have this up in two days and ready to dry in.

Well as for strength the old three pig story comes to mind. Strongest would be cement, then metal, and then wood.
Cheapest would be the exact opposite. Cheapest is wood, then metal, and then cement.
The fastest to build from what I have seen would be Metal, then wood, and then Cement.
The best to modify as you go would be Wood, Metal, and then Cement.
The best for sound would be Cement, Wood and then metal.
The best for temp control would be Cement, wood and then metal.
The best for Wind control would be Cement, metal, and then wood.
The best for insurance MAY be Cement, Metal, and then wood.
