Bessey clamps are great. I have a couple of F-body clamps and a couple of K-body clamps. I find them indispensable. I don't touch a C clamp unless all my bessey clamps are in use already.

It does the same thing that a carpenters gluing clamp does, just looks a little more expensive. these bad boys hold on like a pit bull though.

These work the same way and you can get a few more. Maybe the Besseys are heavier duty, I don't know.

i have a few of those the only use i have for them is holding long pices of wood together when gluing. i find they are worse then normal c-clamps to set up i do have a few of these quick qrip clamps they work great for wood working and light duty metal working but they are plastic so they wont work out with the welder work great for everything non heat related though lol they are a improved desing of the above mentiond F clamps

They come in a welding version as well with copper-plated jaws. I had a couple at a place where I worked and used them for welding. Very, very handy!

I've always liked Kant Twist clamps. Easy one hand opening and work great.
