So I was Alro Metals today and they had a clearance table.... I bought up a bunch of stuff... All of the wrenches are SAE Armstrong, and those Yankee screwdrivers are NOS Stanley - made in England (they are nice for carpentry work). Some of these things are dupes... if you see anything that you might be interested in, let me know.

well... 3/8 - 1 1/8"

I have these as extras that I'd be willing to part with:

11/16x5/8 open end

15/16x1 offset box end

and I have three 3/4x5x/8 offset box end

interested in the 3/4x5/8 box end and the three smaller box end wrenches at the left in the last pic close up's would be nice and the channel lock pliers too thanks

I thought that those long red handle Stanley screwdrivers ceased being made perhaps 20 years or so ago! I am very surprised that you found some to buy at any price anywhere! Years ago those things were shipped and sold in boxes! Just curious more than anything but how much for a Stanley screwdriver?

The 3/4x5/8 is available (I actually have three available), but those last 3 wrenches in taht photo are not duplicates... I need to keep those.

The Yankees were the "cordless" tools of the day. I know a few old electricians that swore by them (and swore at them when they slipped off the screw and punched a hole in the wall).

I thought they were still being produced?

All the wrenches are made in USA Armstrong.
I am afraid that will no longer suffice. I have reconsidered my Buy American stance and arrived at the conclusion that some states may have sought statehood just so they could unload cheap tools with Made in the USA stamped on them to patriotic purchasers. Henceforth I must insist on only tools that were made in one of the ORIGINAL 13 states.

Sounds good to me. Tell those Danaher bastards down there in Texas to send all of that tooling back to Moore drop forge in MA.

What size are the push drills?????? They look like 5.5 or 7's

I have a bunch of Robert Schroders that are made in Germany....still make them today with either old style bits or you can get them with the end that holds hex bits....they also make an adapter to fit your old style Yankee so you can use hex bits....

I dunno. They were cool, so I bought them.

That would be cool... the screwdriver itself is a really nice long ratcheting machine. Very smooth, although the more modern ratcheting screwdrivers have more clicks.
