checking count on roof square

I am looking at putting a permatile roof on a home I own in S.W. Florida.
Looking to see if someone can tell me the # of squares the roof is if I send them a drawing. This is a hip roof this really cut up so it isn't a simple calulation. The roofer is telling me it is about 44 sq. + 15% waste & my calulations show it at about 37 sq. + waste.

If wanting an off-the-cuff measurement use google maps for a close guess. go to google maps, zoom in on your property, be in satellite view, right click at a corner on your house and then just left click your way around your house. it will give you square foot. if its 4:12 then multiply that by 1.04, 5:12 will be like 1.06... i have the numbers at work for the slope conversion if its steeper.
