I'm looking for one or two of those frame shocks. They look like little coil overs from a race car. They might be about 6" long at the most. I think you know what I'm talking about.

Is it mostly road stuff? I might be interested in some lx or xt stuff from 93-95 if you have it. Have a zaskar frame from then that i might start putting together.

I loved my Zaskar back in the day! I upgraded to an LTS-DH from there, best bike I ever had. It was Steve Peat's practise bike and was fully loaded!

Ive got a mid 70's Viscount 10-speed, that has had a full upgrade to Campi parts. Still running the original composite fork though :spit:

Havnt ridden it in 5-6 years, but have considered putting it back on the road, possible for this summer. Ill let you know if I do. I might need some of those Campi parts :)

I have a road bike with mid-80s era Campy Super Record and many of the ferrous bits are rusty. Do you have those items in new condition? If so, I can come up with a detailed list soon. Let me know.

Yeah, there is nothing like the old hardtails. The zaskar was my first "nice" bike. I had to work the whole summer at subway when i was in high school to buy mine. I always regretted selling it then last year i found a frame on ebay and picked it up, have not had the chance to build it up yet though.

I didn't expect to find a post like this here. I am a pretty serious road rider. Do you have any Dura ace 10sp, or SRAM Red? I could use some spare 10 speed cassettes, maybe a compact crank or a double in 172.5mm. Let me know if you have any 44cm oversize bars and 110mm stems. Clincher tires too. The list could go on forever.

Thank you.

I could use a ferrule, but the postage would hardly be worth it. I'm using heat shrink tubing in the meantime.

Anyways, I'll ask around to see if anyone has any parts of the kind you'd be interested in.

No shocks
No BMX
Not much left of Campy record or Super record sold most of it when I worked for Bicycle Classics
1980's to present
No Red/ Force it would go on one of my bikes <smile> it might be tuff getting 10sp cass out of my hands . ( unless they are geek gears 24+ <laugh>)
I have a set of OS take off Ritcheys I took of my X bike ergo drops (yuck)
I can put together ferrule kits, bearing kits ( grade 25) , shimano HG pin kits, head set spacer kits.

The old stuff is mostly going to be road with some classic MTB stuff Suntour micro drive was derived off of my set up when I was tec for them. I used a straight block free wheel and sprint/ 600 rear derailleurs with the springs cranked up.
