Greetings from Worcester. I've been a long time lurker who is now beginning to work to restore two garages since I have joined the ranks of the unemployed. With a nice runway and sound "financial peace" principles, my goal is to enjoy my time between employments and put this time to good use.

The first is an all brick two car which houses a 65 Lincoln Continental Convertible and two bikes (ZRX 1200 and GS500F). The plan here is simple, paint the walls and floor in the spring, add some shelving and use it to house my fun vehicles.

The 2nd is all wood 2 1/2 car which I would like to convert to shop space and an office to run a consulting business. This is the one where many of the great ideas of this forum will be put into practice. This space will serve several purposes, so the design will have to be smart.

Over the weeks ahead I look forward to sharing my progress and gaining feedback.

Love this forum, its ideas and sense of esprit de corps amongst its members. I am happy to be apart of it, now actively.
