Here is my Chicago MFG & Distributing Co. Chicago ratchet with one socket. The ratchet has the March 10 1914 patent. It is the 5/8”-drive and marked “A1”. The 23/32” socket is marked “A21”.

If anyone else has a different set or different pieces, I'd love to see them! I'd especially like to see the screwdriver bit from the 11/16-inch drive No. 50 set. Alloy Artifacts has a No. 60 set and a few miscellaneous pieces, but no screwdriver bit.
Not sure if noteworthy but out of this no. 50 set only these 3 sockets have the size markings on them compared to yours that appears to have all but maybe 1. The set really only has one or two pieces that look like they have ever been used or even taken out of the slots so it's possible that the size markings are there. just hidden under the paint. Also no screwdriver socket in this set either. And the latch is a little more ornate as the one you pictured also the hinges have 2 small nails on the top and on the bottom (will take pictures tomorrow) also not sure if this has been answered or not yet but the universal is marked with an A10 and A8 instead of A3. I will take a clear picture of that tomorrow if there haven't been any shown yet.
