I've look at the makita, and all their offerings have nothing on this dewalt. But can it take off a honda crank bolt is the question that I hear in regards to all impact wrench.

Those are great tools. Here's a review I did on the Hilti.

Red or yellow is the only way to go. It's too bad dewalt took almost 3 years to play catch up to milwaukee. And just as they do, milwaukee brings out One-Key and blows them out of the water again. :lol_hitti

For the money, the CP8848 is going to be very hard to beat. It has a lot of power, 2 4.0ah batteries, & a great warranty (5yr tool/3yr batteries).

I have a full review (with torque testing) coming up on it & the extended anvil CP8848-2.

I also have the new Dewalt DCF899HP2 coming up.....

Soon we will all be able to see EXACTLY who ranks where with the torque ratings....I am looking forward to it. (CP, Dewalt, IR, & Milwaukee) :)

WoodstockVA please don't say anything bad about the dewalt yet, as I'm in the process of listing 2 of them for sale. ;)

As promised it's a two part video thanks to my cell dying and have to switch to another cell, but enjoy and don't take it out on me as I'm not a pro at doing reviews.

Thats what a 3/4" air impact is for :) I have found nothing else that will do it every single time.

But you got to give credit to these cordless, as they are close in power of 3/4 impact and more than some, plus they're cordless.

The two batteries and the power of the CP make it hard to look past. There are so many good impacts out now. The CP and the Dewalt are hard to beat for the money.
