Well now seeing as I now have my 60 gallon Husky compressor and it serves all my needs very well, I needed a air drill in 3/8th.I looked around and was going to go the with the Astro however I could only locate two reviews.
Anyway I decided to give Chicago Pneumatic a try.Well this tool should sell itself. Yesterday I drilled over 30 holes through 1 inch square tubing 3/16 with a 1/4 inch bit. This was with 125 pounds of air pressure. This thing has guts.Very little slowing down with moderate pressure. The drill is very smooth in operation. With this and my new compressor I am now staying busy. Going to start building a stand for my new Lincoln 140.

Reviews as in online reviews?
Most of our legacy tools are sold into industrial accounts and factory settings, so don't really rack up reviews online. For instance our T20AH die grinder has 2 reviews, but we ship more than a pallet a day out of those things.

Not to discount the CP because it's a great tool as well - we've been making the same air drills for 30 years and these same models at one time were found on the 3 out of 4 of the tool trucks in the US.

Chris, Yes it was on line reviews.I went to your web site and went to the online store. This page has been discontinued or something like this was displayed. Then copied the model number of the tool listed, went to Amazon pasted and only two reviews are shown.Anyway I was totally unaware of your "Legacy Tools" Sounds like you have a winning product! I don't think we have "legacy tool" written anywhere or on anything. I guess it's just what we call items that we've made largely unchanged in the same factory since forever. Some of which we sell tremendous volumes to industrial accounts/manufacturing ect.

Like our air drills, aluminum body die grinders, hydraulics, and air caulking guns ect.
