Does anyone have any experience with the CP turbo 7750 impact? I picked one up at the pawn shop for $90 and it looks like it has never been used. The threads for the air inlet seem untouched and the anvil doesn't look like it has been used either. The reason I ask is when using it, I can hear what sounds like dry bearings (not squeak or squeal). Kind of what you would hear from a bicycle tire or skateboard wheels. It seems to have a good bit of power and doesn't seem to be binding. Should I take it apart and check it out or just take it back. A refresh kit for it is under $30.

Yep, first thing I did after putting a coupler on it.
It doesn't sound bad, I am just wondering if it normal for that particular impact.

Check with CP and see if they will hook you up with a rebuild kit. If it looks unused they may warranty it for you it is worth a try. If you had been the original purchaser they would of had to do it for him.
