The flood of spam we've seen many times here over the last few weeks have been titled in Korean.

That's what the moderators do, and it's why those posts disappear as soon as they find out about them.
Every web board has to put up with spammers, there's no way around it (I'm a moderator on another board.) If you see spam, report the post and then move on - there's no use in complaining or posting about it.

Just follow the promts in the 'Help Stop Spam' topic. I delete some times 12 new members a day even before they post. We do not catch them all.
