Hello, Ponto here. Guess what? I'm a newbie, 1st post. If this post is inappropriate in any way please let me know. I know the subject of VFDs has been gone over a bunch and I've spent a bit of time looking into them instead of the free treadmill set up, which I've done. Today I was directed to a post on youtube from routercnc. He has an 8 video series on upgrading his drill press. His 1st episode goes into his goals and about 15 minutes in he details about the VFD and motor choices he made. His 2nd video does a very thorough deep dive on the different programming parameters, and this is the most clear breakdown of what and why I've run across for these low budget VFDs.
