I see that in my written description I said that the ratcheting wrenches were Snap-On, that was my mistake. The Photo clearly shows that they are Blue Point. I made the mistake in my written description and your mistake was to not look closely at the Photos which accompanied my written description.
Here is what I will do… you send back the ratcheting Blue Point wrenches and you keep the Snap-On Torx drivers for free. I will refund every dime you spent including postage.
I have never knowingly misrepresented any tool I have sold. I made a mistake I’ll make it more than right and you will profit to the tune of a new unused Snap-On Tools Torx set.
I’ll do the right thing, you should have done the right thing by telling me privately and given me the chance to correct the problem without inferring that I screwed you.

Thank you.<<<< As I think that you screwed me. Never said it, never thought it! You being so defensive about it, makes me think twice before dealing with you again though. The tools are in great shape and you deliver fast. I did relook at your pic on the site that you have. I only see the pic of heads. Now I see this one. And maybe I did go by what you said. I should not have to read the fine print in pics either. Not a big deal. Don't make it.

Absolutely no problems at all with Chipmunk's service. He shipped my items fast, well packaged and as described. I will not hesitate to buy from him again. We need to encourage these type of sellers on GJ.
