I was watching a show the other day and they were using what looked like a normal chop saw but had a blade that looked like a carbide tooth wood blade. It cut the heavy wall tube really nice and fast with no sparks. Anyone know what type of blade that is and are they used on a normal chop saw?

I just bought a Milwaukee 6190-20 14" dry cut chop saw with a carbide tip metal saw blade that will cut metal.

Go to www.milwaukeetools.com and punch in 6190-20 into search to take a look. I also got both blades, the 72 and 90 tooth blades. I am going to use mine to cut metal framing studs for framing the office, bath and compressor room inside my new garage shell.

DeWalt also makes a14" dry cut metal chop saw.
