I have a DeWalt D28700 which appears to be the same. I'm happy with mine. Some will say to get one with a cast base but for the amount of use that mine gets I'm OK with this one.

i compared several abrasive chop saws (dewalt, milwaukee, makita, and ridgid) before i bought a replacement.

i bought the ridgid with the cast base.
it was also the cheapest of all of them.

i dont have rigidit here in brazil

found only dewalt, bosch and skill.. and some others minor brands.

im probably going for this dewalt then
