Just added the Pure Oil lighted sign and a 1959 gas pump that I restored myself. Just installed both today. Merry Christmas.

http://stores.ebay.com/OLDGASPUMP-COM from this link you can order 12 inch decals for $13 with free shipping. You are probably aware that they should be installed by spraying the pump surface with soapy water, apply the decal, locate as necessary and use credit card to remove bubbles etc. Otherwise, it is difficult to center and level them.

oldgaspump.com and ebay have many providers of parts etc.

You are right jec, I bolted the pump to the concrete.

Removed the pump and everything in the lower part. It is so heavy otherwise. Where is Gurley? Tide or War Eagle?

That looks great! I'm a Sinclair man myself, but I'd love to do something similar when the time comes. Mine will probably end up inside though.

With all those British cars, I had an overwhelming urge to go get out my test light, multimeter, and soldering gun.

Like the old joke, "Know why the British drink warm beer?.......

Their refrigerators are made by Lucas too...." :lol_hitti

Just hacking on you man.

Nice pump and garage, I have aquired a project pump myself ,its a gilbarco 906 and will be redone as a mobile with a globe on top. I was thinking of placing it just outside the garage as it is in this picture and wiring the lights to a motion sensor? maybe... but mine is still in pieces, I need one of those round tuits
