Cigarette burns in car interior

I bought a used car that has several ugly, but small cigarette burns in the ceiling.

I see that Permatex sells a fabric repair kit but I'm not sure how well it works...I may just go to Jo-Ann and get some grey iron-on fabric patches and put over them. Does anyone have a better repair idea?

Pull a side trim piece and harvest some material from a covered area. Tuck a little piece in the burn hole. A little isopropyl alcohol will release the material from the adhesive.
