Hollow cinder block shop in pittsburgh pa cold winters think I found cheapest way to insulate. Need input I have found ISO tuff r 2" foam board half the cost of homedepot. I was wondering if I made a drop ceiling of 9ft from the existing 10 to 11.5 an used 2" foam board up top an spray foam glue 2" foam board to the cinder block walls inside all around would it be a big differences ? Shop is now 14w 28l an say 11h I have a hot dawg 45k when its 25 30 outside its say 40 inside an it heats it up to 60 in an hour or so but longest I was there was about 2 hours I want it to heat up to about 70 plus since I do paint work

I don't think spray adehsive will hold it. I used those topcon anchor bolts and a fender washer myself. Tape the joints.
