this is what I call CONCRETE BLOCKS.

great SAFETY tip to those building cinder block (concrete block) walls over 4 feet tall to brace and support them if they are free standing.

I am considering this as well. It will be for a small building at a local airport. I was looking at steel and the dude who quoted came over, handed me a beer, and said "we need to talk".

I like the aesthetics of the block...plus it fits in with the military style I am looking at.
