Re: Final plans...

Howdy,

I took some photos of the final set of plans. Sorry for the 'photos', but I am a computer dummy sometimes so I am not aware of how to take shots from my screen (AutoCad) and convert them to something I can host, then post:headscrat . So, photos you get...:)

I'm sure someone has told you this by now, but if you're using a windows pc and want to take a "screenshot", press CTRL+Print screen. Then open microsoft paint. right click on the big white part and select "paste". You should have a screenshot. Save the image in the format of your choice. JPEG is common and works with most boards...

News to me...I always plot to pdf and then switch to JPEG. I'll have to try that.

There's no need to press control + print screen; just print screen will suffice but the quality will **** because it's limited to your screen resolution.

Bump for an update.

Ok I tried it...works fine, but I got some weird gray pixels that shouldn't be there.

I need to see MOAR! :)

You don't realise how much I've dreamt of building my own Garage/Workshop/Guest Room and to live in while (saving!) building later the House!

Truly inspiring stuff to see this unfolding. Major kudos, and respect to Mrs. Passmore for being so understanding

PS. we need more pictures!! :)

Wow, just wow! What a beautiful build. I hope everything is ok as it has been a long while since this thread has been updated.

I won't bore you all with photos of rough electric going in. Suffice it to say there are outlets everywhere w/circuits galore to power most anything, well.

Knocking out a few details on the exterior and will get stucco going prior to our wet season.

All in all, going well.

Electrician did not like my opener wiring for some odd reason. He put something called an outlet up there.

Just a cool little detail. Box set into a beam that will will remain exposed. Now the light for the pool table will be perfectly centered :)

Wow you really did pull the plug on this project...I kind of thought you were just holding out on us.

So are you back in business now or just taking it one step at a time?

Yup, plug pulled for a bit. You do what you have to for the greater good sometimes:thumbup: No worries, we are all good though.

As for fully wrapping it up, good question. We will gauge cash flow and take it from there. I think we will certainly be stucco'd and a darn good chance we will be drywalled. From there, most of it I may do myself anyways...

We shall see :)

Have you been living in the trailer all this time? I can't imagine how much you must want to finish this at least to the point that it's livable.
