Circuit ammeters?

Just curious and am about to start doing some research, but, does anyone make useable circuit ammeter for household circuits?

All my life I've been able to monitor just about every aspect of how my equipment performs at work, go to extra lengths to monitor my own equipment at home and I was just driving home tonight thinking about the run I just put in my shop and thought "it sure would be nice to be able to read the amperage being drawn on each of my circuits."

Any ideas?

Yeh, might just buy a clamp-on.

Just thought it'd be neat to have a small panel with some gauges mounted in the shop..

I just bought the efergy e2 power monitor for like 100$ from amazon. It's awesome. It is a pair of clamp on ampmeters that are connected to a transmitter to wirelessly send the "current" information to the display unit. You can clamp the pickups around the main lines from the meter as I did, or you can clamp them over any other circuit. The display will total the two readings.

It is very accurate, it will display to the watt, and logs data which can be displayed or downloaded via the included USB. Only bummer is that it refreshes at no faster than 10 second intervals.

I also have a Klein clamp on ampmeter for troubleshooting.
