I have a combo meter socket and main breaker load center on the back of my house. There is a 20 amp breaker in the panel to a GFCI outlet 12" outside of the panel mounted to the house in a weatherproof box. I would like to run a cable from the GFCI outlet to the pool (18' Intex) 50' away for the pump and then continue to the shed for an overhead light, porch light, and one outlet. The shed is strictly for storage, but it would be nice to have an outlet to pump up bike tires and pool toys.

Here are the requirements as I understand them, please correct me if I am wrong:

Outlet must be 6' from pool - it will be 6' away under the deck for the pump to plug into.
12/2 UF-B can be used direct buried 12" because it is a 20 amp 120v circuit GFCI protected prior to entering the ground.
Schedule 80 1/2" PVC conduit from junction box above grade (at each point) to 12" deep to protect cable.

I would not use UF cable, conduit is cheap and can save a lot of headaches in the future + although 12” is ok for the burial depth when 20A or less and 120V, and GFCI protected in residential it is much better to have 18” of cover to avoid problems.

Conduit is way better. It the UF-b ever went bad or someone hit it with a shovel, gonna be hard to repair.

If you have conduit, its far easier to pull new wire

Yes, the shared circuit could be an issue. It's been quite some time since I read pools. Some of it requires insulated ground wire, someone more current than I could elaborate?? There is a code section for pools.

You may not want to do this but what I did was run 60 amp service from the house panel to sub panel in the shed and then ran a circuit to the pool pump. My distances are about the same as yours. Everything in conduit

Not too long ago an insulated ground wire had to go the full length of the circuit from the breakers to the equipment.
Now you can use NM or UF in the structure, but as soon as it leaves the building the grounding wire must be insulated.

If this circuit is feeding the pool pump. and maybe I am reading this wrong. But as Alfred has already said, if it leaves a structure, it must have a insulated EGC. The cheapest cost would be PVC conduit with THWN conductors. Anything related to the pool cannot be direct burial. The cord on the pump has to be 3 foot max and have a twist lock plug on it. The GFCI protected receptacle can no be no closer than six foot from the pool wall. If this was permanently installed above ground pool, there would be more requirements with a ground ring and bonding the pool structure plus water bonding fittings

Edit - best thing to do , if you haven't already is to check your local codes.
