CL air dryer- worth it?

This looks to be a Johnson controls refridgerated air dryer. Is this good for a home shop?

Depends; do you need dry compressed air? Do you paint? Other?

Also, is it single or 3 phase?

I do want to start painting and powder coating. I would also like to get a sandblaster in the future as well. Guy says it's single phase. 120volt. Is the price good?

Yea that's a good price for a refrigerated unit.
