I saw that one...kind of an odd combination. Doesn't seem like too bad of a price, though...maybe a little high.

Kennedy makes a cart in that configuration. You remove the wheels off the tool box and it mounts to the cart. The the side unit is mounted to the cart in the same way in the pic and the handle is on the side cabinet top. Kennedy is a pretty underrated box on the market.
