there are so many ways people value old tools it's hard to say. i can tell you it is in the ballpark for older craftsman presses. in my experience, most are usually valued by how well they compare to modern equivalents and how much effort it takes to get them there.
if it turns on, runs well, and drills accurately for your needs it's likely going to hold it's value better than anything you'd find new for $80.00.
however, it really comes down to how capable you are and what you want to do with the press. and also how badly you need one. the motor could be failing, the wiring and bearings may need to be replaced, etc. older tools can become their own project to the point they prevent you from doing what you wanted to do when you bought it.
