CL deal find!

I thought I'd share the great news. Just the other day I used Craigslist and found a few more woodworking tools to add to the shop. I got them close by and for a great deal. 14" craftsman band saw and a 12 1/2" x 6" delta thickness planer. These things were barely used and are in great condition. Hopefully I can put these to good use on some new wood projects soon!

I paid an even $200 and yes, the stands were included along with the adjustment Allen keys and another gently used set of planer knives.

Most of the time I see these going for close to original price or at least 75% of it. For some reason people can't seem to wrap their head around the idea that when you buy it new, it loses some value the second it leaves the store. Trust me when I say I've spent plenty of time (and bandwidth) searching adds for decent tools at a good price. I guess my diligence has finally paid off.
