Found these on CL.

71 pc 1/4" drive set, 1/2" drive metric set, 3/4" drive metric & sae set.

Also had a small handfull of snap on impact sockets.

$ 125.00 for all. Not a outright steal , but i'm happy condisering I was fixing to buy the 1/2" set.

Just started reading about the GP line and like what they have. One thing I like is they have complete and larger sets of sockets.

Just need to find a 3/8" master and a 1/2" deep and I'll be almost set.

I need to find some singles as each set has a few missing.

I have the 72 piece 1/4" set; let me know how you like them.... I have a problem with the detent design and the sockets flying off my air impact and ratchets... I also think they fit loose on fasteners. I would like your feedback on this issue and see if I am the only one; aside from that, they haven't broken and seem durable. Thanks...

Thanks all, I feel like someone now that I earned the " you **** " title.

Funnything is, I just did a statewide search on CL the night before I bought these.Nada. Did some running around Sat morning, checked Cl and there they were.
I did a quick check on the models to see what they were and hightailed it back into town to buy. Did another search on online prices, you'r right, I ****. Over $ 700.00 worth of sockets, most like new.
Just one of those once every so often deals you stumble on.

One of the things that draw me to GP is they go beyond 1-1/4" and 19MM. And they are cr-mo.

They'll be perfect for my not everyday but really get heavy work that I do in my home shop.

I'll let you all know how the 1/4" performs.

Thanks for feedback

I used this set to change the water pump in my Daughters Corolla.
Great set, even to use without air tools. Just a nice feel to them, no problems jumping off bolts when using a air ratchet.

Found another set in a pawn shop, 3/8" deep metric & sae.

I want to get teh 3/8" master next.
