CL toolbox question

Hey all, figured I'd stop lurkin' and start participating. Came across this ad on CL and no info on it as to who it is made by. Figured there was someone on here that can ID it. Might be easier to call the guy, but then you guys might have never known about it!

Based on it's design, I would think it a plant maint. cart designed to be wheel all over the place. I can't come up with a manufacture because a lot of companies gear towards that market made boxes like that. I would be incline to say it would be built like a brick *********. I'm pretty sure SO even made a box like that, what a find that would be. As long as it has life left in it, it would make a cool resto.

no thats a tool box 20 years ago i got one for free from the post office where i work.(they pitch it in the garbage) i had it for a few years i think i trade it for? but for some reason i think it was snap on ?dont know.but it was made in the 60's.it was not practical to use.thats why i got rid off it.

You seem to have read my mind on what I figured I'd use it for.

I contacted the guy not long after I posted this.. he told me he'd let me know when would be a good time would be yesterday morning. Haven't heard from him since. Oh well, his loss. Who knows maybe I'll hear from in a week out of nowhere.
