Clamp on bracket mounting solution help needed please.

I need to come up with some way to make a clamp on bracket that I can mount on the lip of a pickup frame so I can use it to mount a fuel/water separator to. I do not want to have to drill the frame to do it as I may want to make this into something I can offer to others so they wont have to modify (drill) their frame making it a quick, easy clamp on DIY install.
I just do not know how to go about this or if there is anything out there now I can use or modify that will work.
Hoping someone here will be able to offer some pointers or ideas. THanks

Go to menards or Home Depot electrical dept. ask for a beam clamp once you see it you will know what else to get
