Clamp on vise ID?

Happy New Year !
Got lucky and picked up a couple of vises today, barely a block from my house.
This vise has no markings, anybody seen this one before ?
3 1/4 jaws, no soft jaws, hole in the edge of the anvil.
And I picked up this home built right angle welding brace also. It has a little Vacu vise and a Globemaster, nice set up that I didnt really need...

Don't recognize them, but the style and shape of that first one looks pretty old.

Also, stop abusing that nice old Craftsman tool box.
