Clamp/Spacer for Romex

Does anyone know if someone makes some sort of clamp that will clamp multiple romex cables next to each other? I would like to use something like this when running romex to keep it nice and tidy and to avoid having to use hundreds of staples.I am envisioning some sort of clamp like in the attached picture but only for romex instead and one that would clamp maybe up to eight cable cables side-by-side.

That makes me want to run some wires just to use one.

I have read conflicting information on if these stackers can be used on horizontal runs or not. Seems like there could be an issue with them bending under the weight of the cables on a horizontal run?
