I know that Rockler and other stores have roll around carts that hold clamps but I think I would rather them be on some sort of wall mounted solution. If you have a good solution post a picture and describe it here ;)

This is an older picture before I started adding more clamps to it.

EDIT: here is a more recent picture. . . . notice how much brighter it is with the upper wall painted white ?

Long ago I built a free standing rack out of angle iron that bolted to the floor. It worked extremely well and could be easily moved if needed w/o leaving holes in the wall.

Here's a pic of the storage area in my old shop. The clamps shown were handmade out of scrap 2 x 4's. I had a second area of 40 clamps using a metal clamp rack I bought from Hartville Tools.

We moved about 10 months ago and we're in the process of completing the inside of the shell the house contractor built. I'm thinking about using the same metal racks as I used in the old shop.

Lots of clamps! I like clamps, but only have a few long ones. I am guessing they become addictive, kind of like trying to buy only one vise.

Well, I didn't have the wall space so I went mobile. It's nice to roll it into the corner, then bring it over to my project. Found plans online and modified for my use.

I've added a few since I took these picks..:eyecrazy:

I went with the mobile rack too. Easier to have clamps right next to the project.
