Depends what you want it for and how often you expect to use it. I haven't used either of those two models so don't know.

I have a makita 12v one and a dewalt 14.4v one, i got them without batteries as they don't get enough use to justify a stand alone tool but i do use 12v drills and 14.4v saw and work light enough that the batteries get exercised. Sitting about for months seems to kill batteries.

I've not used the Clarke one. But it does look cheap and nasty. I have used the sealey one. I would rate it 3/10 in comparison to my snap on version. But I'm a believer in you get what you pay for. It'll be handy, but don't expect miracles.

as above, both are poor but id choose the sealey if i was stuck between a rock and a hard place...if your not save up and get a SO
