Classic Epco trolley Jack

This was my fathers 3 ton Epco trolley jack which he bought in the late 1960s so it has to be around 40-45 years old now

It is 33 inches long and a maximum lift of 21 inches

The next trolley jack I'm sure you will recognise as the Arcan (Costco) 2 ton aluminium model. Nice and light for moving around but I feel it's a little lightweight for lifting the Range Rover as it seems to struggle a bit.

Finally a 12 ton bottle jack which is awaiting a new seal which should be delivered tomorrow. This was the OE which was supplied with Scania trucks when new

That Epco jack looks stout. Was it manufactured in Scotland? We don't get to see many vintage jacks from across the pond. Thanks for sharing.

Epco was an English company based in Leeds who ceased trading in the 1990s

The cup washer seal arrived this morning and the bottle jack is now repaired. Not sure if I did the correct thing as a new cup washer cost me almost £18.00 and for an extra few pounds I could have bought a brand new 12 ton bottle jack
