Not mine yet, but I'm hoping to have a chance to get it.

Apparently it's part of an estate and they're taking best offers. What should I offer? And what do you think it's worth?

Did you have a chance to test it or will before you offer? Do you need it and how bad? (probably not a relevant question to a tool junkie) If you can test it and it works ok and you want it but don't need it, I'd offer $65. If you need it and are going to buy one anyway, go $105. At the auctions I frequent, that vice will bring $75 to $95. But I bought a Columbia vise that was about 30" long for $50, and flipped it that week for $125. so you never know.
