Clausing Lathe

Here is my Clausing 4903 Lathe I just bought a couple weeks ago. It came out of a school and mechanically is in excellent shape except for some nicks in the bed from a careless student. The cross slide and compound only have 1-2 thousands backlash in the screws so its like new. I took it completely apart and repainted everything in parts. It runs very quiet and is a joy to operate. Its a 10" swing with 24" bed. I wasn't planning on getting it but I saw it on craiglist and couldn't resist. I have a Precision Mathews RML 16x60 on order that should be coming in September and this should go nicely with the bigger machine. Paul
